Your report covers your color season, skin, eye and hair color profile, and a personalized palette with HEX codes and wear tips. It includes outfit ideas for work, weekends, dates, travel and events, plus makeup, hairstyle, hair color, glasses, earring and necklace recommendations. AI styling previews are included. Recommendations are tailored to your photo and styling preferences.
A Complete Report gives you personalized analysis and styling recommendations, with its own AI previews. Credit packs give you credits to generate individual hairstyle, hair color, glasses and brow previews. Buying credits does not unlock a Complete Report.
No. The AI previews inside your Complete Report are included with your purchase. You also receive 120 credits for extra hairstyle, hair color, glasses and brow previews. The report's included previews do not use these credits.
One credit generates one hairstyle, hair color, glasses or brow preview. Credits are returned if generation cannot be completed. Credits cannot unlock a Complete Report.
No. Buy a pack once and the credits stay in your account until you spend them — no clock, no monthly reset.
Photos are sent to the third-party AI providers needed to build your report and requested styling images, then stored securely while your account exists so you can return to your reports. We do not use them to train our own models or sell them, and account deletion requests removal of associated images.
If your coloring sits close to another season, use the neighboring-season context in your report and compare the suggested shades near your face in natural light. Confidence reflects the photo evidence, not a guarantee of accuracy. If that evidence is weak or conflicting, retake a clearer, unfiltered photo.
Complete reports and one-time credit packs are generally non-refundable. If a refund is required by law, you were charged more than once, or we cannot deliver a paid report, email contact@stylelooklab.com.
