What the service provides, how credits and payments work, and the rules that apply when you use it.

By using Style Look Lab, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last reviewed.

Style Look Lab provides AI color analysis and related styling tools. The service classifies photos within a 12-season framework, creates personalized palettes, and generates recommendations for outfits and other style choices.

These outputs are recommendations, not prescriptions, and we do not guarantee a specific outcome from following them. Confidence scores communicate uncertainty; no single image-based result is claimed to be correct in an absolute sense.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Style Look Lab. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.

You sign in with a Google account. New accounts include a small number of free Studio credits for image tools so you can try those tools before paying.

Style Look Lab offers one-time credit packs and recurring subscriptions. Credits from one-time packs do not expire. Subscription credits are issued each billing cycle while the subscription is active. Studio credits are for image tools and cannot unlock or buy a Complete Report.

Each Complete Report is a separate one-time purchase for one report ID. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Complete Reports, one-time credit packs, and subscriptions are generally non-refundable after delivery or credit issuance. This does not limit refunds required by law or remedies for duplicate charges or a paid report we cannot deliver; contact support in those cases.

You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.

You agree not to:

  • Upload photos of people who have not consented
  • Upload, request, or attempt to generate any content listed under Prohibited content below
  • Use the service to harass, defame, or harm others
  • Use the service to create misleading or harmful depictions of a real person
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the service at scale
  • Use automated systems to create accounts or process bulk uploads
  • Resell Style Look Lab analysis results as your own service

Prohibited content

Style Look Lab is a styling tool. You may not use it to create, upload, request, or share any of the following. These rules apply to real photographs and to edited, illustrated, fictional, or AI-generated content alike, and we treat every category below with zero tolerance:

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or other adult (NSFW) content, including requests to generate it
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including AI-generated imagery
  • Sexualized or sexually suggestive content involving minors — or anyone presented as a minor — whether real, edited, illustrated, fictional, or AI-generated
  • Content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates sexual exploitation or abuse of any person
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including "revenge porn", sexual deepfakes of real people, and "nudification" or undress-style edits that remove or reduce someone's clothing without their consent

Attempting to produce any of this content violates these terms whether or not the attempt succeeds. The full list, with how we enforce it and how to report violations, is in our Content Policy.

We enforce the rules above strictly:

  • Content removal. We may remove, block, or withhold any content that we reasonably believe violates these terms, without prior notice.
  • Account termination. We may suspend or permanently terminate an account involved in prohibited content. Remaining credits on a terminated account are forfeited and are not refunded.
  • Reporting to authorities. Where the law requires or permits it, we report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement, together with the information we are legally required to provide.

Style Look Lab is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, except where prohibited by your local consumer protection law.
